Managing and coordinating their entire HR related requirements like attendance tracking, salary release and resolution, next project allocation, exit process, feedback reviews and full and Final settlement • Analyzing reasons of candidate’s early attrition using their exit interview data. • Auditing the process of candidate’s pre-joining, induction, initial onboarding and post joining. • Reviewing candidate’s attendance reports, Project allocations, Salary process, etc. Business Development Support and Coordination • Generating new Client leads through professional network platforms (like LinkedIn), Initiating primary connect and groundwork for Sales Account Managers. • Continuous Follow through and Coordination with Sales Account Managers and Operations for fulfilling requirement of existing as well as new clients Finance & Accounts Coordination, Reconciliation and Execution • Reconciling Daily and Monthly Reports on Purchase Orders and Invoicing to clients • Coordination, Support and Follow through for Client Agreements, payments, Invoice approvals, technical assistance, etc. • One Point Contact for HR, Finance & Accounts, SAP team, Client Representatives
