I teach English and Social Studies to students in Grades 8 and 9 in St. Saras High School, Koramangala. My role involves more than just delivering the curriculum — I strive to create a dynamic, student-centered classroom that nurtures curiosity, critical thinking, and a sense of social responsibility.In English, I focus on developing students\' reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills through literature, storytelling, poetry, and real-world texts. In Social Studies, I encourage learners to connect historical events, civic concepts, and global issues to their own lives and communities.My responsibilities include:1. Designing and delivering lesson plans that are interactive, inclusive, and aligned with state curriculum standards.2. Integrating activities, projects, and discussions that foster deep understanding and engagement.3. Supporting students in developing their communication skills and confidence in expressing their ideas.4. Conducting assessments, providing constructive feedback, and tracking student progress.5.
