   Planning and executing corporate IT strategy. Oversee all IT Infrastructure operations and evaluate them according to established goals. IT operations include Cloud & Datacenter Operations, and Corporate IT infrastructure Services, SOC and IT Security of Speridian and its subsidiaries across the globe. Coordinate with IT managers and Teach Leads, and supervise Infrastructure Specialists, Analysts, and other professionals to provide guidance. Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training & awareness program and continuously upgrade it.Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
