Senior HR Business Partner with 15+ years of experience partnering with C-suite and senior leadership across Technology, Real Estate and Global Capability Center (GCC) environments. I specialize in driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives spanning performance management, rewards and recognition, organization design and culture transformation.In my current role, I work closely with executive leadership to design and deliver end-to-end performance and merit cycles, lead calibration and governance forums and embed scalable HR frameworks that enable leaders to translate strategy into execution.
