Has worked effectively in the Private Sector & Public Sector in various parts of the country. Represented Employers in the State Productivity Council, Government of West Bengal.Member of State Board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh for implementing changes in the Technical Education curriculum in collaboration with the National Knowledge Commission, Government of India.Designed specialised Training Program for Aeronautical Engineers in association with Department of Aerospace Engineering, IIT, Kharagpur.Designed \"first of its kind\" specialised Technical Education curriculum for HAL, Hyderabad in collaboration with State Board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh.
