Aiming to be a single platform for trade booking and data provider for downstream consumers for P&L, settlements, regulatory reporting, hedge accounting, corporate actions etc. in HSBC.• Currently leading HSBC’s GoldenEye (trade & position store) transformation, ensuring stability, compliance, and operational efficiency across asset classes.• Leading the Static Data store DataSphere within the GoldenEye• Defined and governed product vision and roadmap, managing delivery across Rates, Credit, and FX Derivatives trading desks in coordination with global technology and business stakeholders.• Leading the Design Call with all stakeholders.• Production – Own the responsibility of Production Stabilization, communications, managing user queries and issues. Worked with PSMs to improve the beliefs that GoldenEye had previously. • Working in close co-ordination with stakeholders and product owners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.• Managing different programs within Goldeneye.
