I am currently a Manager at Kearney, working at the intersection of strategy and execution to help organizations unlock transformative value. My work spans multiple sectors including Energy Transition & E-mobility, Consumer & Industrial Goods, Payments, Healthcare, and Technology Services, identifying high-impact opportunities and driving strategic outcomes through analytical rigor and operational depth.My academic journey includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore, and an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur. Prior to joining Kearney, I was part of BCG and ITC. At ITC, I was part of the Agri Business Division, where I led sustainability initiatives in rural Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.Originally from a small place in East-Central Bihar, I’ve seen firsthand how impactful change is born at the intersection of top-down strategic intent and bottom-up executional alignment. This philosophy continues to guide my approach to problem-solving and leadership.At BCG, I worked on a diverse range of engagements including commercial due diligences, business plan assessments, private equity fund strategies, CEO agenda projects, go-to-market build-outs, and retail optimization.I am passionate about macroeconomics, energy transition, private equity, venture capital, and consumer businesses—and always open to engaging conversations on these topics.
