I’m a former library director turned operations and knowledge management professional — driven by a love of organizing information, supporting people, and quietly improving systems. For over a decade, I led library teams, curated resources, and transformed physical spaces into vibrant hubs for learning and connection. Now, I apply those same skills to digital environments — creating clear documentation, building internal knowledge bases, and supporting customer-facing teams with the resources they need to thrive.
