About Sufyan Sohel
I am a mission driven leader with nearly two decades of experience advancing civil rights and social justice across movements, communities, and borders. I support organizations, leaders, and movements through moments of complexity, transition, and moral urgency, particularly alongside communities that are marginalized, targeted, or made vulnerable by intersecting systems of harm.My work connects global events to lived realities, tracing how injustice moves across systems and identities and shows up in the daily lives of communities pushed to the margins.Through Globalize Good, I serve as a trusted advisor to purpose driven leaders and institutions. I offer steadiness, clarity, and care when the work is heavy and the stakes are real, and I help leaders navigate conflict, responsibility, and change without losing their values, their people, or themselves.I work at the intersection of community, advocacy, and conscience. I also practice poetry and integrate mindfulness and contemplative practices into my work, using language and presence as tools for witness, healing, and grounded leadership. I believe in the power of presence, repair, and storytelling to tell the truth about what is, to hold what hurts, and to help us move toward what must be built together. If you are committed to meeting this moment with courage, clarity, and care for the most vulnerable, I would welcome the chance to connect.
