I like to win.Winning to me means going home every day knowing I did my best and that I have a plan to be successful tomorrow and the next day.As a leader, I believe in giving people a shot, rewarding hard work and loyalty, and helping them achieve their greatest potential.During my career, I have had the unique experience of being able to win on both sides of the table. As a buyer in my Logistics Manager role at generator manufacturer Generac, I reduced spend by half through a transportation bid, redesigning packaging and implementing a reverse logistics program. In sales as an Account Manager for Averitt, I developed enough business to open a facility in Wisconsin. One of the million dollar accounts I secured has grown into their largest account today. Being a Service Center Director was the most challenging yet rewarding role of my career. Going from a start up with 10 associates to over 60, with YOY double digit growth and consistent profitability, I helped ensure a great future and continued opportunities for my amazing team. Now I am using my operational know how to present solutions in a variety of modes to the largest companies in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan.Saying yes to the impossible is fun for me and getting creative to solve a problem is what I do best.
