I am an accomplished senior leader and have been CEO of Alopecia UK since the summer of 2022. I have a robust background spanning over 25 years in operations, risk management, and cross-cultural leadership within the global banking sector across London, New York, and Manchester. I bring a unique perspective to my role in a UK charity.Transitioning from a successful corporate career to the charity sector over several years, my commitment to making a positive impact led me to pursue a postgraduate qualification in coaching in 2014. This skill set propelled me into the third sector, where I have spearheaded coaching programs, facilitated learning and development initiatives, and provided operational guidance, before taking on this CEO responsibility. This means I have developed a deep understanding for working in small organisations with less funding. My leadership philosophy is rooted in creating opportunities for individuals to develop themselves, drawing from my experience as a leader and qualified coach.
