Following 2 years working as ADAS Lead Engineer as a contract within JLR (Expleo), and 3x more months in the same role but as permanent JLR employee, I’ve got the opportunity to start working as a Product Owner (PO) in a squad with the mission to deliver the Driver Assistance SWs (compute and sensors) compliant to GSR2 regulation - lead project.Key aspect of the job is to work close to and collaboratively with the supplier and internal stakeholders to ensure the squad members have a clear understanding and direction of the “what” and the “why” that needs to be worked on so the “how” and the “when” can be defined focusing on outcomes with maximum value added in each sprint.
