About Sue Kozisek

I\'m currently a compensation analyst focused on supporting Sentry\'s IT, Personal Lines, Legal, Investments and HR teams. I have the opportunity to influence decisions related to base pay strategy, while administering Sentry\'s short-term incentive plan. I also administer our performance management and salary administration sytems. I also have experience designing retention incentives for key groups of associates. Previously, I was a recruiting and human resources generalist supporting over 750 IT Professionals and managers at our corporate headquarters located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Some of my primary responsibilities included partnering with managers to establish recruitment strategies, assess talent to meet Sentry’s strategic objectives, performance management, management coaching, facilitation of management training programs, new hire on-boarding and benefit support. Sentry has provided me with a number of career growth opportunities (e.g. job rotation program/promotions) while supporting my personal development.
