I\'m a successful entrepreneur and seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board Director. With training in Computer Science, Human Factors, and Industrial Engineering, and over 30 years of consulting with federal and commercial clients, I\'ve successfully guided organizations through change associated with culture and talent alignment and digital transformation. My Board experience spans private corporations, large non-profits, and university advisory organizations, where I\'ve served as Board Chair driving strategy and vision, and Committee Chairs for governance and leadership development functions.As Evans\' CEO, I expanded its portfolio of clients from Fortune 50 to international financial organizations to federal government clients. As part of the organization\'s strategic vision, I created a succession plan that preserved the culture and legacy of Evans and cultivated the next generation of owners from within and executed a seamless transition after 25 years at the helm. I also established a corporate-funded and employee influenced Donor Advised Fund and serves on its advisory board to direct grants. I continue to serve on Evans Consulting’s Board, where I focus on expanding diversity and inclusion in senior leadership positions in the company. She crafted the organization’s strategic vision for developing healthy organizations, and created goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around the Balanced-Scorecard framework. Sue created a succession plan that preserved the culture and legacy of Evans and cultivated the next generation of owners from within the company, transferring full control over a three-year period, resulting in a seamless transition after 25 years at the helm. Common to Evans’ clients were teams struggling to implement organization and digital transformation with workforces entrenched in their own cultural stovepipes. One such client, a multi-national financial organization, relied on Sue and her team for a department realignment and digital transformation engagement to streamline its statistical data management functions.
