The customer should always be the most important focus for any business and my passion is developing and delivering strategies for exceptional service, ensuring optimized customer relationships and tangible customer value.My approach is all about understanding the cadence of each individual customer so that I can develop a strategy that provides what they want and anticipates what they need. Catapult has built its reputation on prioritising four core customer requirements: low prices, short lead times, high quality, and exceptional service. My role is to build on that proposition as we continue to grow, with a tailored strategy for every customer that makes them feel like they are our only customer.With 25 years’ experience in the packaging sector, I have experienced the industry from every angle; from my time as a packaging technologist, through to my years as a print and design buyer, followed by client service delivery for a global packaging agency, and latterly as a consultant working to support brands and retailers from brand creation to on-shelf delivery. With international experience and a 360-degree understanding of the whole design, print, packaging and retail delivery chain, I specialize in getting under the skin of each client and understanding the factors that will really make a difference to their operational efficiency, management strategy and bottom line.
