Extensive experience of housing within Local Authority strategy and research teams including housing need surveys, housing monitoring and development, strategies on fuel poverty, housing and homelessness, and community involvement. Joined the Cambridgeshire Horizons local delivery team back in 2007 where I used this experience to:* help partners understand our housing market* support delivery of new homes* assess affordability * help develop our Strategic Housing Market Assessment* publish briefing notes on social housing reforms * develop a sub-regional housing strategy and Local Investment Plan* strengthen our partnership approach to housingCambridgeshire Horizons closed in 2011, when my contract reverted to Cambridge City Council.
