   Leading ISC Industries Aftermarket (SUSPENSIA Chassis & TUFF SUPPORT Lift Supports and all other house brands, private label and products) sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets primarily in the USA; as well as in Canada, Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Australia. • Forecasting and adjusting ISC’s annual Aftermarket growth and profitability targets based on marketplace conditions. • Negotiating and closing yearly and long-term contracts and bonuses. • Managing National Program Groups, WD channel partners and key accounts. • Collaborating and providing insights to customers for their annual ISC’s sales and growth targets while supporting them with marketing and sales tools. • Managing a team of 7 direct report; 4 regional sales managers, 3 account executives and multiple rep agencies. Securing their effective quarterly results in alignment with company’s yearly sales and revenue targets. • Overseeing and participating in all 4Ps of marketing, including customers’ private labels. • Ensuring ISC is the first to market by working with product managers to increase coverage for unique applications. • Improving fill rate for product lines by providing ongoing industry insights to supply chain and planners. • Staying in synch with customer (WD, jobber, installer) product needs to communicate it effectively back to product management team. • Several times a year visiting customer warehouses to do real field work with area managers and rep agencies. • Traveling alone or with rep agencies within and outside the USA to visit existing and potential accounts. • Building long-lasting organic relationship between sales department and other departments for the overall success of ISC Industries. • Delegating ISC at Auto Care Association meetings, trade shows and customer shows.
