My project management responsibilities include: • Create project plan and cost estimates and work with project teams (copywriters, designers, video specialists, editors, and language/subject matter experts) to produce and localize websites, videos, emails, copy, and creative assets to provide cultural and brand relevance across regional and local markets globally for one of our largest clients • Build and maintain positive client relationships, and collaborate with both the client and the client’s development team on key projects and deliverables • Manage and control project scope/budget and report monthly on project financials; weekly reporting on project status, timelines, deliverables, etc. • Continually optimize workflow templates and processes; mentor and train new project managers projects and accomplishments: • Production and localization of the client\'s safety, security and privacy website that included copy and image asset adaptation for over UI images (static and animated) across 40+ languages • Project management for ten high-profile security information videos that premiered on the client\'s home page during a “hack-a-thon” event • Saved client significant time in production/localization efforts, and managing reviews globally
