Achieving 117.9% SV’T and the top sales territory.Previous sales experience in capital sales (radiology), AI (dementia care), Ophthalmic Sales Specialist in the North (contact lenses, dry eye and ocular health solutions)My passion has always been in putting the patient/customer first. I am a determined, experienced and successful sales professional with an established and successful sales track record. In my career I have been proud to be UK sales person of the year on four occasions. Achieved through the strength of ownership of my business, relationship building, clinical excellence and promoting right product/service for their needs. My strength of character is to never give up and turn negatives into positives. An example of this was I assigned a new territory by my line manager that was bottom of 19 territories and in double digit decline (following 5 years on a territory I had successfully build up to be the top performing UK territory for two consecutive years and top 2-3 podium position for the remainder). In 12 months I turned the territory around to achieve the highest sales V\'s target of 112% and the only territory to hit budget that year, I was delighted to be awarded the accolade of UK Sales Person of the year for my sales achievements. This was due to collaboration, building/establishing relationships of trust with my customers, and being the owner of my own business.I empower my customers to help shape their business in order to put the patient/customer first. I have been responsible for the management of multi million pound territories and always willing to take on a new challenge.I took some time out at the beginning of my redundancy to focus on what to do next. In that time I did some volunteering work for the NHS Good Samaritans during COVID pandemic in order to give something back to those people shielding. Took a temporary role in retail to learn new skills for the future and worked as a Business Development Consultant two days per week promoting a range of Dry Eye Therapies and equipment to Independent Optical Practices.E: s••••••••@icloud.com
