Clients of all ages have experienced physical, mental and emotional improvements through individual treatment and training programs. School founded in 1993 to provide professional instruction to nurses and students of complementary therapy. Lectures delivered internationally on topics including Reflexology in the NICU, Stress Management & the Meaning of Illness and Disease, Energy in the Workplace and Reflexology Research.

I\'ve developed a diverse range of skills that I\'ve successfully applied with thousands of clients & students to create happier, healthier & easier lives.My motivation & passion for helping others began over 30 years ago when I recognized that there\'s more to life. Since then, I\'ve continued to develop myself & others through complementary therapies, personal development & energetic & emotional understanding. I’ve brought together various areas of expertise that I use to help, often in unexpected & highly effective ways!I founded a specialist reflexology technique, Gentle Touch Reflexology, that has become an amazingly effective & powerful tool for helping people of all ages & more recently in the incredible & heartwarming area of the neonatal intensive care units (NICU). Since 2009 I discovered the remarkable techniques for Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) babies. This inspiration has also woven its magic through learning, understanding & passing on the wonders of Feng Shui & the energies of the workplace & employees. I continued with how the brain + mind works, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), emotional freedom technique (EFT), & other stress management & emotional balance techniques. I created the Sue Ricks Academy in October 2017 based on my 30+ years experience, with the aim of sharing a wide range of information on numerous subjects. In the office we call it the “Netflix” of reflexology & beyond, with other useful info! The membership site is full of fascinating facts, hints/tips & techniques to help all be the best. It is a great learning aid for my students & clients. Anyone can learn new things or improve their current skills at their own pace in the comfort of their own home or even on the go!
