   I am a recruiting and human resources generalist and my primary areas of responsibility is supporting our Sales Force. I work closely with our Business divisions in supporting Dealer Operations, Standard Business Products and our Retirement Plans and Group Benefits operations. Some of my responsibilities include partnering with managers to establish recruitment strategies, assess talent to meet Sentry’s strategic objectives, performance management, management coaching, new hire on-boarding and benefit support.
