I have dedicated my career to organizational and talent development to improve culture and outperform benchmarks in competitive and complex sales environments. My expertise includes:Building strong partnerships, change management, leadership development, strategic planning, training and coaching.In April of 2026, I co-founded Full Glass Leadership, an organization that offers quarterly hands-on workshops, custom in-person and virtual business development programs for companies, 1:1 coaching, and a six week leadership cohort called the Collective, coming in January of 2027. I am a trained coach and currently pursuing the ACC credential through the International Coaching Federation.
