A Global HR leader in financial services, I have extensive senior HR experience across multiple cultures, working at C-suite level with experience in running and managing HR budgets, and executive coaching, I am expert in developing and delivering HR strategies for demanding businesses operating internationally, building strong stakeholder relationships working across geographies and for effecting change management and transformation in HR and business teams. Up to the end of June 2019 I have been the Global Head of HR for Corporate and Investment banking for VTB, one of Russia’s leading Corporate and Investment bank divisions. VTB Capital (the IB part of the business) is headquartered in London and Moscow and has five international offices. The Corporate bank is a largely domestic based business in Russia and the CIS. My recent role was based in London with frequent travel to Moscow, but I have previously lived and worked in Dubai, Hong Kong and New York. Globally Mobile
