Delivering and developing project management courses for the Royal Engineers at the RSME as well as growing MKC Training\'s commercial project management course offering. When I started in 2019, MKC Training only delivered the PMQ, MSP and MoR to the military. I was given the task to develop our commercial project management course offering. They are now also accredited to deliver Change Management, Management of Benefits, AgilePM, PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile, and winning contracts to deliver these courses to a much wider client base. I am the Lead Trainer for most of the project management courses, regularly dealing with PeopleCert, APM and APMG to ensure that we pass our annual audits. Part of my job is to ensure that our associate trainers are well prepared to deliver our classroom and virtual courses. I also work with the bid team and commercial sales team to win new business. Currently I am improving our teaching materials to create excellent e-learning resources by collaborating with our excellent Training Transformation team.I am working towards an IoL Level 3 in Coaching. I already mentor teaching staff within MKC and am part of the internal observation team that gives constructive feedback to teaching staff, raising teaching standards across the organisation. I also deliver internal courses to MKC Training staff looking to develop their own project management and leadership skills.
