I started my consultancy in January 2006 after deciding to leave a successful corporate trouble-shooting role. As a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, skilled in all aspects of budgeting, contract and cost management, my goal was to help more people resolve disagreements and develop clarity in their relationships, whilst also being more present for my young family.Over the years, I\'ve assisted many individuals and companies in managing costs, improving profitability, and resolving disputes. In 2020, I became professionally accredited in interpersonal mediation, and more recently, I added to my negotiation and facilitation skills by qualifying as a civil and contract mediator.Trained with a tier 1 main contractor and two major developers, and having funded and delivered our own residential schemes between 2007 and 2010, I now specialize in the residential sector, working with both small and large developers, their contractors, and subcontractors. I believe in fairness in construction relationships and in ensuring every business is heard. My mission is to help alleviate the frustration and financial worries often associated with construction projects.
