Reconciliation Analyst (APAC Region) Presently working with TRAVELEX INDIA PVT. LTD with the Finance Shard Services in Cash in transit Reconciliations, since Aug 2018 till date.Job Profile Cash in transit & Dock in transit Reconciliation for five different regions which include Australia, New Zealand, Singapore Japan & Malaysia. Performing settlements for each Partners & Vendors and making them payments for all the orders processed each day. Need to make sure all the payments are done in timely manners as per agreed SLA. Need to maintain the liquidity of funds and at the end of the day no overdraft is required. Daily reconciliation of bank, Follow up with Malaysia Vault, NZ Vault, Japan Vault and Australia Vault, cash in-transit, control and accounts receivable reconciliations investments in accordance with the department objectives and standards. Attending weekly/Daily calls with onshore for status update for the items outstanding exceptions above 45 days. Ensure clients’ procedures are accurate and updated with current information. Prepare MIS report (Dashboard) that shows all outstanding items. Researching on checks for any discrepancy. Handling day-to-day reconciliation of Foreign Bank & Local Bank for Australia, Singapore & Malaysia banking collections for loan repayment. Accurate tallying of balances for bank Account. Solving the Query if found in Book (Bank website) data or Bank data (SAP) software for recording customer’s payments transactions. Handling customer queries out of reconciliation. Daily Mails to correspondence Branches for details. Not to keep any single item open at the end of every monthSoftware Applications Tools: SAP 7.3 T.L.M (Transaction Lifecycle Management)
