Managing mobility service assurance management of international roaming operations related to Packet Core nodes [PGW (Affirmed), DRA (Oracle & Broad forward), BFX (Broad forward)].• Emergency system level configuration changes in Affirmed PGW’s (Gx/Gy Bypass/Inline, APN lock/unlock) and Oracle DRA’s (blocking/unblocking DRA links, increasing/decreasing Ingress/Egress MPS) to restore and emergency or outage causing minimal impact on the network.• Troubleshoot and analyze daily operational issues in Packet Core network related to KPI failures (2G/3G Attach & PDP, SAI & LU, SMS, 4G Attach and SAU), GTP-C/U failures & Diameter issues (S6A traffic failures).• Provide support to critical SA and NSA activities in the network by monitoring traffic and services pre and post activity related to Packet Core nodes (PGW, DRA and BFX). • Actively involved in integration of new nodes, services, and improvement of various KPI’s and services related to Packet Core domain.• Preparing detailed RCA/Outage reports including service impact and sharing the same with customer and higher management.
