As an Agile Program leader, I worked to quickly advance the team\'s Agile maturity and procedures while revolutionising our project delivery capabilities. One of our major accomplishments was drastically reducing our cadence in the first 4 months. We went from a monthly release frequency to a high-velocity 3-day delivery cycle, which greatly accelerated value realisation. I worked closely with the leadership to manage a number of greenfield projects from the ground up, utilising my extensive knowledge of Agile to set up efficient procedures and governance. In addition, I oversaw important Change-the-Business (CTB) projects, facilitating open communication and coordination among 13 different platform teams. I led the effort to integrate AI features into JIRA and developed unique dashboards for solid work tracking and real-time performance analytics in order to increase visibility and efficiency.
