I\'ve spent over two decades exploring what lies beneath the Earth and what drives our shared energy future. As a Geoscientist, Energy Transition Strategist, and ICF-Certified Coach, I bridge science, technology, and human insight to design sustainable energy systems. In my current role as Vice President of E&P Clean Energy at Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), I develop innovation strategies across geothermal, natural hydrogen, and CCUS. I work closely with C-Suite executives to foster technology adoption, R&D, and investment toward long-term decarbonization goals.My career evolved from the technical depths of petroleum geology (basin analysis, exploration, structural interpretation, risk analysis, assurance) to the strategic forefront of clean energy transformation. Having worked across 20+ sedimentary basins in 12+ countries, I bring scientific depth, operational experience, and a global perspective to designing scalable solutions that connect subsurface intelligence with digital innovation. I\'ve published 20+ peer-reviewed papers, edited volumes for the Geological Society of London, and led 10+ industry–academia collaborations advancing understanding of Earth systems and sustainable energy potential.Today, I lead multidisciplinary teams that combine surface and subsurface sciences with data analytics and modelling to drive informed decisions in exploration, resource development, and carbon management. I focus on translating geoscience intelligence into actionable clean energy strategies while balancing technological advancement, environmental responsibility, and commercial outcomes.As a leader, I believe in vision over hierarchy, guiding with clarity, empathy, and mentorship to cultivate teams that innovate with purpose and integrity.
