I work at the intersection of people strategy, talent systems, and organizational transformation.Over the past 14 years, my career has spanned HR consulting, global HR business partnering, and COE leadership across technology and industrial organizations. This combination has allowed me to design and implement enterprise people systems that connect talent strategy, performance architecture, leadership capability, and people analytics.Currently at Flipkart, I work closely with the HR leadership team to shape enterprise HR priorities, integrate initiatives across COEs and business HR teams, and build data-driven insights that inform executive and board-level discussions. My work has included redesigning performance management systems, building people analytics capabilities, and enabling leaders to make more informed talent and workforce decisions.Earlier in my career, I partnered with global technology organizations at GE Healthcare to scale digital and analytics teams across multiple geographies, and worked in HR consulting at EY advising organizations on HR transformation, organizational design, and leadership capability development.I am particularly interested in roles focused on:• Enterprise talent transformation• HR strategy and operating model design• Leadership and performance architecture• People analytics and workforce strategyI enjoy building systems that enable leaders to make better decisions about talent and organizations.
