B.TECH. in civil engg. with 17 yrs. of experience in highrise residential & commercial buildings, 400 & 132 kv Substation buildings & auxiliary structures, Theme park,G+3 villas,luxury apartments with well versed in execution,reading drawing,quantity survey,contractor & labour handling,billing,RCC work & complete the project from line out till finishing. Good working knowledge of IS codes,ASTM,BS,DEWA specifications,QCS -2014,Kahramaa specifications,Auto cad 2D & 3D and Microsoft projects.

   400kV & 132 Kv substation building with auxiliary structures(Earthing transformer room,40 MVA transformer room,fire pump room,security room,potable water tank,fire shelter room) & installation of precast boundary wall footings,columns,grade beam,panels,working as a Senior Engineer (CIVIL)• Supervises & evaluates the site work.• Prepare BOQ & BBS of raft, column, beam, slab & RCC wall & other RCC structures. • Provide responsive & timely inputs so that project timelines are maintained.• Monitoring of the project execution in line with approved drawings & reporting to management.• Inspection of all incoming materials in accordance with approved BOQ & samples.• Preparation of progress site reports & presentation for management.• Coordinating with civil design consultant for timely issue of drawing & clarifications.• Certification of vendor bill.• Handle pre & post construction activities.• Over all controlling on manpower.• Assist in project close outs.• Prepare RMD & As built drawings.• Coordination with MEP, electrical & FPS team for civil requirement of services. • Ensure that the work is executed & delivered as per approved drawings, applicable Codes and Standards.• Assist in creating & updating quality & civil related documents.• Review Shop Drawings, Method Statements, Reports and other relevant documents submitted by Contractors / Subcontractors at site.• Performing formwork & rebar inspection with consultant & client. • Ensure inspection & testing of materials and Workmanship as per approved ITP.• Enforce all safety precautions to site labour & staff.• Prepares all material lists for the structures.• Review & check all project related drawings & specifications to assure good structural practices.• Provide guidance to technical & junior staffs.
