Key Responsibilities:1) IT Infrastructure Management:Oversee network, servers, and hardware across multiple hotels.Ensure seamless integration of IT systems across properties.Implement cloud and virtualization technologies where applicable.2) Application & System Support:Manage Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera PMS.Support Point-of-Sale (POS) systems such as Micros Simphony, Infrasys.Maintain guest-facing technologies like mobile check-in, mobile key, and in-room entertainment systems.3) Cybersecurity & Compliance:Ensure adherence to PCI DSS and data protection regulations.Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.Implement access control and endpoint security policies.4) Project Management & Process Optimization:Lead IT upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.Work with vendors for new technology rollouts.Standardize IT operations across all properties for efficiency.5) CapEx & OpEx Management:Prepare IT budgets for multiple hotels.Optimize cost without compromising service quality.Negotiate vendor contracts and SLAs.6) Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:Develop and test backup and recovery strategies.Ensure uptime of critical hotel applications and guest services.7) Team Leadership & Training:Supervise and train IT staff at individual hotel properties.Ensure 24/7 IT support for operations and guest services.Skills - Strong knowledge of hospitality IT systems (PMS, POS, IPTV, Wi-Fi management). Expertise in networking, server administration, and cloud solutions. Experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management. Project management and vendor coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-property environment
