   Outline-Led a team of 6 professionals to implement livelihood, enterprise, and climate-resilient agriculture initiatives using solar energy as a platform.Key Responsibilities-• Promoted clean energy-based micro-enterprises and Value Chain Development across agriculture and forestry-based sectors, leveraging solar power to enhance rural livelihoods. • Designing and implementing SOPs/POPs and business plans across value chains.• Facilitating market linkages (both backward and forward) and ensuring financial access for rural entrepreneurs. • Developing project proposals for fundraising and scaling interventions.• Building networks with government departments, NGOs, FPOs, and other stakeholders for convergence and resource mobilization. • Managed and implemented multi-stakeholder projects funded by Oak Foundation, VHF Foundation, SIDBI, and NABARD, ensuring timely delivery, impact tracking, and effective resource utilization.Key Achievements-• Enabled 146 women farmers to adopt turmeric cultivation. • Facilitated procurement of 60 MT tamarind in partnership with Bastar se Bazar Tak. • Mobilized 108 farmers for sweet corn cultivation over 60 acres, in collaboration with Mother Dairy, Ranchi.• Operationalized 15 oil expeller units, 2 turmeric processing units, 2 groundnut De-shelling units, 2 Karanj decorticators, and 1 paper plate machine. • Established 40 rural collection centers for aggregation of agro-forestry produce.• Successfully developed detailed project proposals for Karanj value chain, EV-based logistics, dehydrated produce, pulp extraction, and artisan cluster development. •Created end-to-end value chain documentation including cultivation, processing, maintenance, packaging, licensing, training, record keeping, and market access.•Facilitated financial linkages worth Rs.35.20 Lakhs for micro entrepreneurs through banks, MFIs like Rang De and Govt. schemes such as PMFME, significantly strengthening their enterprise operations.
