Making the T&A for the new orders to track the progress carefully-Making progress report for new season samples and production orders-vendors/suppliers relationship-Execute the running production orders-tracking shipped orders-Products order making and barcode generation-Apparels database and KPIEnsuring products are purchased at the right time, to specification and at a good price, selection of the right product mix, MIS, open to buy, options plan. Negotiating with 63+ vendors and building positive, long-term relationships. Planning, monitoring and maintaining suitable inventory levels. Preparing 200 Cr. budgets and forecasting purchasing trends. Compiling reports on product performance and statistics. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts). Prepare cost analyses, Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
