I am an experienced mechanical engineer with M.Sc. degree experienced in the field of material science and tribology, with a strong background in both research and industrial projects. With my cross-sector experiences, I bring a unique perspective enabling me to uncover process complexities, creating frameworks and strategies to capitalize on them.BackgroundWith multiple disciplines in mechanical engineering, I have accumulated over 2 years of research experience, 2 years of industrial engineering experience, and 1 year of engineering teaching experience. Throughout my career, I am always developing new skills as I progress in life.My ExpertiseIn material science field, I have worked with additive manufacturing, tribology, and corrosion studies, particularly in implant materials, nuclear applications, and composite structures with versatile materials including ceramics, metals, and composites. I have gained extensive working experience of several characterizing techniques such as SEM, EDS, XRD, EBSD, XRF, and ICP-AES. I also possess skills in surface profilometry, hardness measurements, mechanical strength, solvent casting, microfluidic devices, data analysis, and interpretation. Also, I am proficient in CAD (AutoCAD, Creo, Solidworks), Origin Pro, MATLAB, and MS Office. My expertise extends to scientific writing and presentation through publications and international conference presentations.With significant industrial project engineering experience, I have managed team of 5-10 members from multiple disciplines. I possess detailed knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, and HVAC extending to project planning, scheduling, and report delivery. Also, I have experience in machine installation, commissioning, SOP preparation, and training.
