Handling requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews; negotiating and finalizing the offers. Screening and shortlisting resumes through job portals, internal database and headhunting for sourcing quality candidates within the least time; identifying specialized & potential candidates through Job Portals, Internet surfing sites & References. Scheduling interviews, executing & managing interview process in coordination with various departments Responsible for keeping a track of CVs sent to various clients and the status thereof and arranging interviews of candidates. Sending interview tracker sheet to Clients and candidates. Constant follow-up with clients and candidates for confirmation of accepting offer.
