Led a collaborative effort between Google, Morgan Stanley, and Schwab to migrate equity compensation administration from a legacy system to a SaaS platform. The platform manages ~$20B of stock compensation/per year. Reduced toil and error rates by 90% through redesign and automation of the following key operations: Opening and closing of the trading windows. Part-time and leave-of-absence recalculations. Vesting codes and schedules creation and uploads. Payroll reconciliations and validations. Customer service operations (tickets and escalations). Responsible for developing and managing the company’s automated, self-service 10b5-1 program. Managing the development of a new equity BI tool to provide the FP & A and Accounting stakeholders better visibility into SBC expense. Liaise with the securities-legal team for policy matters, SEC filings, and traditional executive 10b5-1.
