   As the Chief Financial Officer for the real estate business at K Raheja Corporation, I lead end-to-end financial strategy, IPO planning and transformation initiatives across a complex and diversified real estate portfolio. My role focuses on enabling structural consolidation, driving capital market readiness and optimizing enterprise value through integrated governance and financial leadership.I have led the reorganization of multiple business entities into a streamlined structure, aligning tax, valuation and reporting strategies to prepare the organization for market listing. Partnering closely with senior leadership, I oversee financial diligence for new acquisitions, structure capital deployment strategies and ensure alignment of financial operations with long-term business objectives.In addition to financial leadership, I serve as the transformation lead for the enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation, integrating business processes across listed and unlisted entities.
