About Sudhir Ravula

There are many ways that our daily life is impacted by chemistry from the food we eat, to consumer products we use. I want to be part of the change to improve the lives of everyone by viewing old problems from a new angle using my robust scientific and problem-solving skills. I’m Sudhir Ravula, a highly motivated and hardworking scientist with 8+ years of research experience in synthesis strategies of organic and polymeric molecules, colloidal nanoparticles and porous carbon materials, as well as in-depth knowledge in data analysis and material characterization. My education and professional background always stimulated to work in dynamic environments that gave me an opportunity to tackle the problems with innovative ideas, extensive analytical and research experience. Independently planned, conducted and executed research projects that resulted in 17 research articles in the top-reviewed journals. Skilled at various material characterization and spectroscopic techniques such as XRD, FTIR, UV-VIS, Raman, AFM, TGA, DSC, DMA fluorescence, and NMR. As a Scientist, developed team and project management skills by training and mentoring 8+ students including various instruments and data analysis. Worked closely with 5 collaborative groups for solving common objectives in a stipulated timeline. Gained excellent writing skills through writing reports, research articles, and oral communication skills through various scientific presentations at the group meeting, national & international conferences (6). In addition, I have two years of teaching experience in General Chemistry for undergraduate students. On the personal side, I enjoy playing cricket, volleyball, racquetball, and cooking Indian cuisine. With my diverse skill set, I\'m actively exploring new avenues such as Research Scientist, R&D Chemist, and Application Scientist to solve complex problems through innovative solutions and bring value to the company.
