1 - To attend daily morning meeting to share the previous day defects/problem and its counter measure taken respective area.2 -Moulding troubleshooting of injection moulding M/C & process parameter setting.3 -Carrying out 5S POKA YOKA and KAIZEN activities for continuous improvement.4 -New mould trial.5 -Reduce man power and reduce cycle time.6-Reduce process set up time & mould change over time by proactive plan.7 -Every machine in hourly monitoring production report & components quality on every m/c.8 -monitoring of yield of m/c in shift verification of all report hourly report, production report, DRS report, m/c check sheet report,machine breakdown,mould history card, 5M tracking sheet, Material check sheet, mould loading & unloading check sheet report,etc. 9- Handling production/ shift to ensure production/quality/packing. 10- Responsible for daily production plan achieve11-Well versed with the concept of SPC IATF 16949, 5Core tools (APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA,) & 7 quality control tools etc. 12 -Analysis of customer complaints sample and identifying root cause CAPA.13 -Resolving problem through KAIZEN activities various Qc tools such as 7Qc tools. 14 -To take corrective and preventive action for controlling and rejection.15 - Well versed and PSP methodology (problem solving process)or 8D to solve problem. 16 -Fallo QMS guidelines SOP and other irresponsible for smooth production with quality with out any losses.17 -checking equipment and doing prevention aintenance to ensure its in good working condition.Calibration and validation of measuring instruments and gauges.
