Responsible for the range development for the sports division as per MRP and cost. Responsible for approval of lasts, Fit and physical testing of shoe, and production confirmation samples before production start-up. Responsible for moulds (Rubber moulds, IM Eva Moulds, Hot & cold Moulds) development within the timelines and approvals to the suppliers. Evaluate costing and purpose optimization and engineering changes in order to maximize margins on a landed basis Contribute ideas for product design, construction, materials and components to achieve performance and margin targets. Ensuring smooth product development and bulk production with good quality. Big chain supervision & follow the CTR, MTR, DPR. Drive project plans and manage progress accordingly. Ensure that decisions are made in accordance with agreed upon stage gates and that projects finish on time.
