As the VP at Stride Pharma, I am shouldering the accountability of strategic leadership external manufacturing facilities for 30 CMOs, Product In-licensing for Brand Africa, capacity and supply planning. Major chunk of my role includes leading SAP implementation and integration of acquired manufacturing site in USA, driving contract manufacturing operations, coordinating tech transfers, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.\\\\n\\\\nIn this role, I have made significant contributions in terms of multimillion dollar cost saving, managing the onboarding of CMOs for new products/tech transfer projects for Brand Africa business and revenue generation through filing of new products. I anchored the launch of India Generics division in short time frame. With a focus on continuous improvement culture, I am heading the roll-out of S & OP process to support the demand signal and increased output for acquired manufacturing sites in USA.\\\\n\\\\nAdditionally, I manage and mentor cross-functional teams in New Product Development, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Quality Assurance.
