Initially it was a partnership firm and in 2005 another company was initiated (Elite Facilities And Systems Pvt. Ltd.(EFSPL)) and EISS since then became a division of the EFSPL. Both EISS & EFSPL use the brand name \"ELITE\". EISS specialises in providing guarding services to the Corporates, Industrial Houses, Hospitality Sector and large Housing Socities.
