With a total capacity of 1300+ resources covering 5 skills.\\\\nETL ( Infirmatica / Datastage / Ab initio)\\\\nData Modeling ( Physical / Logical )\\\\nInformation Architect Business Intelligence\\\\nApplication Architect Business Intelligence\\\\nBusiness Analyst Business intelligence.\\\\nBusiness Intelligence Reporting tools like\\\\nMicrostrategy / Cognos BI / Tableau / Actuate / Qlikview and other BI Reporting tools.\\\\n• Solutioning the demand fulfillment. That come through from various project with regard to the fulfillment plan, Source ( Internal bench / Roll off, External professional hiring / Graduate Hire / Contract staffing/ out rotation etc) & set the expectation with regard to the time line required to fulfill the demand.\\\\n• Key area is to manage Bench deplete the bench as much as possible before rolloff from the existing project. Plan, propose / Nominate resources for Upskilling and Reskilling program or on need base work with the Service line and the Training team to initiate project specific trainings. Thus ensure retention of resources.\\\\n• The entire process also influences the Organization’s Revenue. In a multi vendor IT service environment, Proper solutioning and timely execution can bring in more business thus bring more revenue to the organization. Account such as ANZ grew from 60 to 240 in a span of 1 year in the data area, this is in competition with Cognizant and TCS. AT & T moved up by 30 numbers. Barclays scaled up from 10 to 210, Bell Canada moved out from 1 to 44 in a span of 2 yrs.( Pls note these are multi vendor environment).\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
