Strong knowledge of design aspect of Rotating equipment and conversant with rotor dynamic and thermodynamic analysis- Extensive knowledge of Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics (RM & D) utilizing GE’S RM & D Prognostic software, System1, Smart Signal Software, Performance software, Bently Nevada 3500 software, wireless vibration technology and control system Mark VI and VIe software. Working knowledge of Anti-surge System and PI systems- Expertise in Mechanical Reliability Engineering. Risk analysis of rotating machinery to define exposure and risk mitigation strategies, RCA using condition-monitoring data. Knowledge and understanding of RCM (Reliability centered Maintenance) study and RAM (Reliability Availability and Maintainability) study- Well conversant with PdM tools such as Vibration analysis, Lube Oil analysis and Thermography. Working knowledge of CMMS to data mine and perform data analysis in helping make data driven decisions- Strong understating of P & ID, PFD and 3-D models interpretation. Experience with technical bid evaluation- Performed detailed engineering studies and reports within degree discipline, Familiar with various engineeringStandard and codes like API, ASTM, ASME, AWS and ANSI- Mechanical design, structural design and analysis using 3-D Solid Modeling (Autodesk Inventor) and finite element analysis (Algor FEMPRO)-Excellent communication skills using positive approach self-motivated and committed to quality of job performance. Ability to work both independently and in team environment, and multiple projects to meet set deadlines.
