Handling full life-cycle of Recruitment activities for our client companies. • Working with Accounts / Resource manager on all hiring related issues, such as recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques and closing candidates. • Discuss the \"core\" of the job description, and deliver exceptional IT candidates in a timely fashion.• Posting Positions, Prescreening & Interviewing candidates over phone, obtaining leads and reference checking, client interview arrangements. • Performing reference checks and arranged background checks on applicants. • Developing and maintaining network to assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates. • Involve in creating, managing and maintaining a recruitment and consultant database. • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
