I implemented emerging Microsoft technologies like PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI. I integrated Dynamics CRM 2016 online with Azure Logic Apps and Web Jobs. I managed tickets as cases within the CRM Service management module, registered plugins and workflows, and configured security roles and field-level security. I developed Model-driven Power Apps for sales customer engagement and created security roles for portal contacts. I ensured smooth production deployments, provided status reporting, and gathered requirements for customers. I implemented Power Automate workflows, set up Azure File Storage, and integrated Azure Service Bus for data validation and updates.
