Worked in an EPCC Company for the project of construction and commissioning of Polypropylene andButene-01 units at HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) with the help of Engineers India Limited (EIL) as Project Management Consultancy (PMC).* Co-ordinated with procurement team for issuance of LOI (Letter Of Intent) to vendors as per the ITBgiven by client.* Managed documentation within vendors and inter-disciplinary engineering team to get approvals ofFVSD and PR.* Acted as an interface between vendors and procurement team by conducting meetings, which helps inconversion of LOI to PO after meeting technical qualifications specified by client.* Conducted 30%, 60%, and 90% 3D model reviews for different packages, maintaining the tag reportsand checklists, and interacted with our engineering team for its completion.* Responsible for stewarding the vendor’s performance by maintaining progress reports, engaging keystakeholders, and discipline engineers to meet the completion of specific modules.* Accountable and responsible for the payments made to the vendors against Bank Guarantees andcertain milestones as per the PO awarded and maintaining a tracker.* Followed with QC team regarding inspection calls with respect to approved ITP and equipment dispatch follow-ups after issuance of IRN.
