I specialize in developing innovative financial products structured to meet diverse client needs, enabling them to secure debt funding from wide range of investors.As part of my current role, I am responsible for –(i) providing strategic advisory to clients, offering guidance on raising debt funds through both conventional methods and intricate structured finance solutions.(ii) managing entire transaction lifecycle, overseeing everything from preparing essential collateral documents (including term sheets, information memoranda, etc.) to liaising with counterparties involved in the using financial modelling for structured finance products, striving to establish the optimal capital structure beneficial for investors and originator partners alike.(iv) establish robust in-house modelling frameworks that enable loss estimation, scenario analysis, comprehensive risk assessment, and overall risk pricing.(v) spearhead discussions for designing innovative product offerings and solutions with clients.(vi) contribute insights for transaction structuring and explore new asset classes.My hands-on approach involves closely guiding and facilitating Originators and Investors, ensuring seamless and successful capital market transaction closures.
