About Sudha Tayya
A creative individual coupled with strong leadership qualities with a professional background from print media, digital content management and technical documentation. With a proven track record to combine vision in developing content, I built a team of writers and trained them for delivering world-class documents. I was instrumental in conceptualizing, designing and creating a knowledge base for the operation and support engineers. As a Certified Scrum Product Owner, I implemented Agile Methodology for documentation aligning it with product releases.I have extensive experience in creating Online Help, developing content for e-learning portals, designing training and induction courses, creating customized documentation in addition to stakeholder management, documentation project planning, designing templates and quality control. I work closely with the Sales team in developing RFPs and structuring them; and with the UI and Product team in developing UI text messages. I had a short stint in the print media before foraying into technical documentation. As a journalist I published over 100 articles with my bylines in the various supplements of The New Indian Express. I also headed its Features edition (Vizag) that involved designing pages, finalizing stories and editing them.Though it’s been a while since I left media but I continue to indulge myself in creative writing through my blog. It is a record book of an avid reader, a compulsive traveler and a dreamer with a perspective to life in general.
